A Weekend Retreat on the Minnesota Iron Range
Rooted & Witnessed
What to Expect
Welcome! We are honored to hold this space for you.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step away from the demands of everyday life. Over the course of our time together, you will be supported through a carefully curated integrative experience that includes breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, sound healing, opportunities for reflection, community connection, and intentional integration work.
For participants who are medically appropriate candidates, there is an option for a ketamine experience led by licensed medical and mental health providers following individual assessment and consent.
This experience is designed to support those seeking rest, clarity, reconnection, and a deeper relationship with themselves- held within a grounded and supportive community setting.
❋ Intention
Our weekend together is an opportunity to create space to listen inward, soften patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and cultivate a deeper sense of trust within yourself. Whether you are seeking healing, greater clarity, or simply a chance to pause and reconnect, this retreat offers a supportive environment to explore your experience with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
No prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or altered states of consciousness is necessary. You are invited to come exactly as you are, and our experienced team will guide and support you throughout each step of the journey.
❋ Collective Healing
While this retreat is a deeply personal journey, there is something profoundly healing about gathering in community. Each person brings their own wisdom, experiences, and unique perspective, creating a collaborative energy that often becomes part of the medicine itself.
This is a space for authentic connection, shared humanity, and mutual support where you are invited to show up exactly as you are. Through the power of co-regulation and being witnessed by others on a similar path, many participants discover that healing feels less isolating and more expansive.
You are never expected to have all the answers. Together, we create a supportive environment where individual transformation is strengthened by collective energy and connection.
❋ Expert Facilitation
This retreat is uniquely supported by both licensed medical and mental health professionals, Katie Seremet APRN, FNP and Kim Lovejoy, LICSW who both are extensively trained in ketamine-assisted therapy, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing practices.
By bringing together expertise from both medical and therapeutic perspectives, we provide a thoughtfully designed, clinically informed experience that prioritizes participant safety, individualized care, and comprehensive support throughout the retreat process.
They are joined by Annie Fitzgerald, a classically trained vocalist, award-winning singer-songwriter, and Sound Therapist whose work integrates Sonic Energy Medicine, Reiki, meditation, and sound healing to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being.
Participants receive guidance within a trauma-informed environment that includes preparation, structured support, and integration practices designed to promote reflection, insight, and ongoing well-being.
❋ A Supportive Space
You’ll be held in luxury accommodations designed for deep rest, with spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms that offer comfort and ease throughout your stay. Wholesome, nourishing meals are provided to support your body and nervous system, helping you feel grounded, cared for, and fully sustained as you move through each day of the retreat. Every detail has been intentionally curated to remove friction so you can soften, arrive fully, and drop in with presence.
At the heart of this retreat is intentional, heart-centered community. We create a carefully held container where you are invited to be seen, heard, and witnessed exactly as you are: without expectation, performance, or pressure to show up in any particular way. Whether you feel called to share openly, move inward in quiet reflection, or simply observe, your process is honored and respected throughout.
With compassionate highly experienced clinical and therapeutic guidance, you are supported within a deeply grounded group experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a profound level. As protective layers soften, space opens for clarity, insight, emotional release, and renewal. This is more than a retreat, it is an experience of returning to yourself, with thoughtfully led integration that continues to unfold after you return home.

Post RetreatPost-Retreat Integration & Ongoing Support
We believe that meaningful change is not confined to a single weekend it unfolds over time. For this reason, integration is an essential component of our retreat experience.
Our commitment extends beyond the retreat itself. We intentionally create opportunities for participants to feel held, connected, and supported as they process their experiences and thoughtfully incorporate new insights into their everyday lives.
To support this process, we will offer two professionally facilitated group integration sessions following the retreat, available in person or virtually. These sessions provide a space for continued reflection, community connection, and guidance as participants navigate their unique integration journey.
Our hope is to cultivate a lasting sense of community and provide ongoing support that helps participants carry forward the insights and practices that emerged during the retreat experience.
Because healing and growth are not meant to happen in isolation, we believe that continued connection and support are an essential part of the journey.
